Rates vary according to the house size, location, owner, length of stay, and the season of the year in which you visit South Padre Island.

Reserve a unit today and take advantage of our current special of pay for 4 nights and get the fifth night FREE or pay for 5 nights and get the 6 & 7th night FREE!!

• Plus a one time maid service charge.
• Plus a security deposit that is refundable with no damage.
• Plus state and city Taxes.
• All reservations are subject to a $ 30.00 reservation processing fee.
• Most units have a 3 night minimum.
• There is a 7 night minimum for holidays (such as 4th of July, etc.) and Spring Break 
• No refunds for early departure
• Monthly Rates are available upon request for most units
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

If cancellation becomes necessary, please read our full Guest Rental Agreement regarding refunds.   

Pets

Pets under 25 pounds are allowed in some homes with an additional $50.00 fee . Most condos do not allow pets.
