  This is our second stay at this particular condo. My family and I have stayed at other condos on the island and we came back to this one and will be back for next years stay. The management was great and should be commended on their treatment of guest. Now take in mind not all the condos are run by the same management company. The first night we had an issue with the security who was trying to enforce rules regarding charcoal pits and their use on the property along with the pool hours. I addressed the issue with management the following day and the secuity was no longer an issue. I understand they have a job to do but trying to enforce pool hours when there is no noise complinant was not going to be tolerated when I spent a good amount of money to stay at this particular condo. Like I said all was fixed the following day and the vaction was very nice. The condo was clean and the view for the bay is awesome. You can see the fireworks from the dual balconies and can see a partial of the gulf. The walk is very short to the beach and if you need anything CVS is right there to meet the majority of your family needs. Overall I would recommend and the cost for 9 days was reasonable compared to other properties with no view.

  Spring break or not, we did enjoy our stay. Dinners out even during spring break did not seem to be a problem. we enjoyed the unit very much, it was quiet on the bedroom side with a good view.

  The place is beautiful, the pool was clean and lovely. The linens were not very high quality and not enough, not like hotels and motels today. No dishwashing liquid-youexpect us to go buy some for just 3 days, and no salt or pepper or sugar or sweetner and no coffee filters. You get these in most condos that we have stayed and we have stayed in some really nice places. Bedspreads really pretty but very heavy for the climate!! Everything else was very nice and we enjoyed the condo.

  Very nice condo with a pretty view over the intercoastal. Outside of the Futon bed not being comfortable I would have no problem coming back to rent the place next year!

  Great Location and nice pool. TV went down at night when we were there and they replaced it next morning. Beds were a little lumpy. Overall a nice Condo
