    My family and I vacation in padre yearly. To put it simply we will be using this south padre condos Inc yearly as well. This particular property was very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed the stay! I highly recommend paradise bay unit 1 to other vacationers.

    This unit is fine for someone willing to rent for a few days, definitely not good for someone renting for a two-month period. Furniture consists of two couches, which need to be replaced; walls are bare, unlike when unit was being shown as the Model for the complex. Kitchen is equipped only with bare essentials. Unit lacks wireless internet connection.

    Awesome unit! Will definitely stay there again in the future. Everything about it was great - impeccable kitchen, super comfortable beds, nice TVs, great pool and pool area! Very quite location!

    Unit needs lamps, tables in the living room and pictures on the wall. (I had purchased a picture and a clock for the walls so the walls didn't look so bare). The two sofas are extremely uncomfortable. (I had to put blankets and pillows underneath the cushions in order to sit on them.)
    On the positive side, it is really nice to be able to have our mail sent to their office, rather than having to rent a PO Box.
    Also, they are very quick to respond to any maintenance issues encountered, i.e. ice maker quit working and they came over the same day to fix it.

    My family an I were happy to be in padre Isiand but what could go rong did I was so upset but the property Manager helped us find a unit that was just right for us.we where ther for a week I have never seen my chldren so happy an carefree
