Great time at SPI. The house was suprisingly big and could accomodate more than the listed occupancy. Could use more cookware and water pressure was very low in showers. Overall we would book same house again.
No dustpan to sweep up the sand.
Overall I was very satisfied with my stay . The house was very large and had alot of space. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and the staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed it. I would really recommend this rental to anyone that has a large group because as I mentioned it is very spacious. The pool was small but it's great for kids. I children really enjoyed it.
Very nice place to stay at SPI, it's near to the beach and main street also.
The condo was really nice, very roomy, clean, baby pool, but it was still fun. It was nice to be about a block from the beach and then be able to just walk back without having to take the cars and waste gas. If your sharing, it has plenty of privacy. Everyone has there own room, beds, and bathroom. it was great! :) I do suggest to bring a broom and mop. I will definatly be back soon. ;)

We had a wonderful time. My family loved the town home and we would use it again next year. Stayed 5 days. Great fun.
The house was nice, and the furniture was nice as well. If you are going to rent the property, make sure that you bring a broom, dirt gets into the house easily. You cannot acces the balcony from outside. The thing that I did not like about the property was the siize of the pool. It was really small, and we were dissapointed. Other than that, the house was nice, and nicely decorated.
We had a great time at Always Fun! The pool was a hit for the kids when we weren't at the beach. The house was only 1/2 a block or so from the beach and conveniently located! It was a very clean and spacious property! And the ease of checking in and out was awesome! All in all we had a great vacation and look forward to stayin again in the future!
We were extrememly pleased with this property. I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation stay. The only comments I have is that there were not enough kitchen utensils to cook with and no mop. Other than that, everything was good. I would definitely stay at Always Fun again!!!!!
We loved the facility and would stay again. The only thing that would have been nice would be a broom and dustpan. We had to purchase a mop to help keep it clean.
We stayed here for 4 days for my husbands birthday. The house is spacious, however the master bedroom should really have it's own bathroom as we don't like to share. There was no DVD player in any of the rooms except for the living room and with kids it's a must have. The pool was extremely dirty with tons of bugs, grass and leaves and there was no cleaning net. Would be best if you took the palm tree out as it drops seeds everywhere. The alarm kept beeping as it stated low battery however the maintainance man could not figure how to replace it. It rained extremely hard and water leaked causing my oldest son to slip and fall. The balcony? Would be good if you could patch the balcony for when it rains you can still be outside as it leaked through. Need more cookware as there was only one pan. Overall I would stay here again as long as it did not rain and the alarm battery was replaced as access to the beach was outstanding.. Leah was great to work with, however with the amount of money that was spent, I was hoping for the perfect getaway!!!
All mattresses were extremely uncomfortable as were the couches in living room. Master bedroom had to share bathroom with other upstairs bedroom(when Grandpa pays the bill he does not want to share the bath). Washer and dryer was a big plus. Nice distance from the beach.
