  Good place overall. There were some maintenance issues like a broken food disposer, key that wouldn't work, broken/missing towel rack, and the exterior showed much evidence of recent parties like beer bottles, bottle caps, etc. However, the management is very friendly and responsive and I would recommend them to anyone.

  The condo's were very nice, clean, and at a great location, very close to the beach, enough extra parking close by. I felt right at home.
