  We got to the island Saturday with no where to stay so we stopped at your office and I believe her name was Patty she was very helpful in getting us a room and a great rate. So I will come back hope fully soon, and guess it was really relaxing also because we had the whole pool to ourselves the other rooms weren't rented out, but even if they were we would go back and stay longer. Thank you again

  Higuys! We aew still here for another week and a half. So far we are very pleases. Everyone in the office has been just great! I'll do your survey when we get back home....around the25th of Feb.

  The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family. The fully equipped kitchen that opened up to the roomy living area was a huge plus for us. Lots of room, very clean, and a great location. Would have liked check-out time closer to noon - 10am was very early to cook breakfast, clean up, pack the cars, and get to the office to turn in keys.

  Super location, a 5 minute walk to the beach that our 6 year old and 10 year old made easily. The condo was a big 2 bedroom with a fold out couch. Very nice kitchen area and appliances. The only negative to our stay and experience was the pool area in the backyard was not very clean: there was trash, cigarette butts, and apple core,etc on the stairs and pool area, and random weeds. A little clean up and maintenance could easily fix this.

  Great Place, Nice inside, Other Guest were VERY LOUD (a bunch of teenagers) they kept the outside trashy, pool always had beer cans and trash everywhere

  We really liked the place and location.
  
  I will stay in a house and not a condo or duplex on our next trip. Simply because of the other tenants. They partied until 3am one morning, 5:30 another morning and 1-2 am other mornings. They slept all day while we were out and partied when we tried to rest. They kept the place trashy, we woke up to beer cans and hats on our vehicle, we could not use the back yard or pool because of the trash and dirt in the pool. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and all over the driveway. We had to walk through cig. butts and beer cans to get up the stairs. It was nasty. I felt like I had to lock my family in at night and bar up the door because of all of the drinking and loud partying. We did not call the police and report the incidents because we were unsure of retailation and knew there was no chance of a refund and would be there for a week.
  
  The inside of our condo was very nice and the management office was very nice.

  Need to provide more parking. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Need a better quality bed. The rest of the condo was very nice and clean.
