    Our 11th yr on SPI..sorry to say that the updating of mattresses-sofa sleeper and some furniture needs replacing.Need a good nites rest to fish and go all day long at our age!

    Duiring our stay, there where only one thing that was not good, just in the condo up stairs there were many young boys making a lot of noice at night

    Nice place to stay for a few days. Beds were the only downside to this place. The beds were very uncomfortable, glad we only stayed for a few days, do not think my back could take it anymore.

    BAD BEDS

    The low scores from the other questions was caused by the beds and other items described. The beds were very, very bad. They must have came out of scrap pile for discarred junk. We don't think the management took us serious about the beds. The outside lights didn't work. Two smoke alarms had to be replaced. The dishwasher meeded repaired. We were tode there was 2 TVs, but only one. Another one was brought in after we complined about it. The silverware was dirty and broken. They did bring us a new set. We were there for 30 days.
