Need new living room furniture, downstairs tv not working, outside bedroom needs a decorators touch and backyard landscaping needs work. Picnic tables need to be removed (one is falling apart). Overall was satisfied with the accommodations and would rent the property again. The house was large enough for the younger group to fly their helicopters in the garage and the older group to play cards upstairs without any problems. We did have a couple issues (Keys that did not open the doors, toilet did not work, modem did not work) that were addressed by the property manager and resolved while we were there. The pool was not as large as we had expected, but the weather didn't co-operate to use it anyway. Overall a positive experience. Great pool and bbq area with a cool enclosed deck upstairs. Neighbors aren't too close to the sides but there are neighbors fairly close behind - no noise complaints though which was big plus. Plenty of trash cans for a long stay. Great off-season price! The location was great, just a short walk to a public beach access. The condition of the house was that of an extremely used rental property. No huge complaints. If I wanted things to be in great condition, I would've stayed in a hotel. Alot of cracked tiles, chipped paint, some broken furniture, one hole in the wall, etc. If you're really picky you might not like this property. But it had a lot of space, it had a pool, it was clean and it was really close to the beach and that was all we needed. The mgmt staff was polite and made check in and check out easy. But they didn't mention that the damage report list had to be in the day after check-in before noon. Luckily I read through the check-in papers because like I said there was a lot of pre-existing damage that I didn't want to get charged for.
