We came to S.Padre a few days before our son's wedding and spent the week following at your location. It was great and better than we expected. Only complaint.....tiny ants in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. My two grandsons (a 15 month old and a 11 month old) were along for the vacation and it was difficult to spray for the ants with them around or on the floor.
I was very happy that the only thing I had to provide was food. Everything else I needed was there. Thanks from the Moya & Salas family in making this vacation stay a memorable one.
We stayed for a week in June 2011 and had an awesome time. Condo was clean, quiet and close to the beach. Had everything we needed, although a BBQ pit would have been nice.
Despite the first week being very cold, we had a very good experience at this property. Only (minor) problem is that there were no sharp knives, not really a big problem! Pool was beautiful, hot tub switch went out and had to be manually turned on. Great location!
The place was very well maintain, the pool was great, but the best of all was the location. It is located half block away from the beach and where everybody gather to have fan.
You must include the Schlitterbahn Waterpark as part of your visit!

Great property - very clean, roomy and modern. The pool was clean. Only problem was a fellow guest had a party and took over the complex for several hours (loud music and lots of kids running around). So maybe some rule enforcement would make for a perfect stay.
My family had a pleasurable week and would rent this condo again. When we called to discuss a situation we recieved an imediate response. We were able to relax and have a good time.
The property was awesome! The walk to the beach was close with a bar & grill right on the beach! The pool/hot tub was nice, but dirty most the week. The condo itself was very nice! I highly recommend to any travlers. The only problem we had was with the management staff not being very helpful to first time Padre travlers, however it as a holiday weekend. Therefore, they're due a holiday as well, I guess? Overall very nice place to stay! I would definitely come back to So. Padre Island and use the same property.
