  Great location,the other folks staying were excellent, close to shopping, the beach and restaurants and far enough away from the spring breakers to make them only partly annoying.

  The condo was outstanding and we had loads of fun. There were two negative things--the whirlpool and the checkout time. When I activated it, the water began to turn color because of the dirt and insects that were coming out of the pressure hoses. The pool was awesome though. I would also like to say that departure time should be at 12 noon instead of 10am because of the fact that we had to hurry in the morning after having loads of fun a night before.
  Overall you all did a super job! I have recommended your place to several of my colleagues. I would like to know if we get a discount on our next rental since we already rented it once--am I pushing my luck?

  I was quite satisfied with my condo space, generally. The open trash container in the front was a little gross, but the pool area was beautiful. When they started remodeling in the unit next to me, the noise was terrible. When I called, I was pleasantly surprised that I could relocate to a nice place at no additional charge. The reps were very concerned and worked quickly to make sure the rest of my vacation was good.Every one in the office was super friendly and helpful. They even agreed to mail me my kindle which I accidently left behind. I will continue to deal with these people.

  Our stay was very nice, I am hoping for a new bed this coming year as the one last year was horrible,, other than that everything else was satisfactory.

  The owners, manager on the property and the rental people were great. I wish the pool was heated in the winter months because you can't use it.
