Positve: We did have a great time , We liked being on the beach , next year we will want to be on the beach again. We are looking at getting more people and looking for a Beach house on the Beach and swimming pool next year. We will continue to use your services next year around the same time. The people at your front desk are always super helpful. Thanks Negative: We were not real happy with the instructions of how we get towels. We never got new towels , we bought our own towels while in South Padre All in all , we enjoyed ourselves and appreciate the services you have offered us the past 2 years.
My husband and 2 boys (12 and 17) stayed for a week, we loved the condo very much with its roominess, 2 full bathrooms, big balcony overlooking the beach (breathtaking), convenience of not missing anything you would have at home. Very clean, beds are very comfortable. We all loved it so much, we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back. 3 pools and 4 tennis courts are very convenient, so is the direct beach access with showers and hoses to spray off, when you get back from the beach.
Saida Towers is very close to the beach. It was very easy to take our stuff to the the beach and back to our condo. Very clean......
The condo was perfect! We stayed there for 3 nights. The location was great and the properties' pools were fabulous. The condo had everything you could need. The only issue we had was that wifi was advertised, but it didn't work. Other than that, we felt very comfortable and cozy. Updated appliances in the kitchen, along with new pots and pans.
The condo was clean and beautiful upon our arrival. It had very easy access to the beach and a beautiful view. We enjoyed staying in Saida II b/c you didn't have to overlook the tennis courts in your view. The condo is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. The owner is doing a very nice job at keeping it current. Our recommendations for improement are minor: Replace the frame on the guest bed - it is loose and wobbly. Our children used the bed so it didn't require much support but with an adult it may become a problem. The pots and pans weren't dirty per se but could use replacing. They had built up scorching on the bottom of the pans that made the smoke alarm go off when you used them. Would also be very nice to have some BASIC additions to the unit - coffee filters, salt and pepper, paper towels,etc. We did not realize that those items were not provided and had to make seperate trips to pick them up. Overall our stay was amazing. We will definately be coming back!!
This is the fourth time our family has stayed here, we love the location, it's very family oriented and the beach is perfect! The unit is overall a comfortable place with a spectacular view of the Gulf, has a well stocked kitchen but the pots and pans were old and rusty. On this visit the unit was not as clean as usual: dirty vents, blinds, greenery and floors. We informed the management of these issues and they were very concerned and seemed to appreciate the information. Hopefully they will correct the issues, especially the cookware.
