  We just had our vacation at this property from august 11-14 and everything was great it is a very short walk to the beach the pool was never crowded so my kids were very happy about that the unit was clean and spacious we were 6 total and didn't even used
  the sofasleeper were 2 of them actually so I don't have any complaints at all by the way the fridge works very good when I was doing my research in some reviews said it doesn't but when I was there worked perflecty.

  ac had its work cut out for it being the hottest part of the summer.the rental staff lent us a floor fan. it made all the difference. stayed for 4 nights. would stay again. kids loved the pool!

  great place, great location, great pool. I would definitely recommend this condo... Hope they get the dishwasher and the coffee pot fixed... other than that: wonderful place to stay. Would definitely go there again

  The condo was very large and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and the beach was just a walkway away. My recommendation is to add kitchen towels and wash clothes to the bathrooms. The refrigerator took a long time to cool our beverages but otherwise very happy overall.

  THis was a cheerful, sunny condo overlooking the tennis courts, and a block from the beach. The unit was sparsely furnished and the dishwasher did not work, but it was liveable. The three-flight walk-up was hard the first day when we unloaded our things, but tolerable after that. The management was very helpful in taking care of things we needed. I would recommend this unit as long as you are not fussy about decor.

  the stay was good,the condo was very hot and was not able to cool it,their where no fans in the place,so i had to go out and get our own,the stairs at the property where not in good condition,some where very loose,but overall it was a great place we would come back and plan to next year and rent from you guys

  AIR CONDITION WASNT WORKING RIGHT. FIRST TEMP NEVER WENT LOWER THAN 178. MAYBE NEXT TIME WILL BE BETTER.
