My experience was one of a kind. The house was just what I expected; It was comfortable, and it had enough room for the people who stayed that weekend.
Recently stayed in Windrush Loft in mid August and had a WONDERFUL time! House was in great shape, and had everything we needed to live comfortably for a week. Just a short walk to the beach or the bay. Slightly longer walk to the strip but not so long that we didn't do it several nights we were on the island! CVS just around the corner and a short drive to many other attractions. The Wave, the island's free bus, runs right by the main streets on either side of the house. We had 10 adults and everyone was comfortable and never felt cramped for space. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating indoors, could have used some new patio furniture outside. Great house for groups of friends or several families. Highly recommended!
I chose this rental because it was very big and there was alot of us. We went on this vacation for my 21st birthday and i had the best time ever. The master bed room on the third floor was our room the bathroom was small, but over all the trip was awesome!

The house had a lot of room, but the so called "pull out" couch makes sleeping on the floor a better option
Where do I start, The house is AWESOME !! The limited 8 photos on the site do it NO JUSTICE at all. I was super worried about the ant problem everyone before us seemed to have, but being a Clean Freak we didn't have a single ant in the house. All you have to do is clean up after meals! With Tropical Hermine sneaking up on us from no where it was great that the house was so HUGE everyone had a blast staying indoors . Our group is already planning our next stay !!! And we will be renting this awesome place again . Thank you Christy for all the help with the rental !!! I recommend you to everyone that has asked about where I rent from .
Rented this home around July for a family weekend getaway. This home is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house is a lot bigger inside than what it appears on the outside. Very spacious dining area for a big family. Rooms are nice and cozy with plenty of sleeping space and beds. Great patio and balcony space. The only default is that the jacuzzi was not in service and some of the patio furniture was broken.
All 12 of us had a great time. The house was really cool and close to the beach. It made the trip to the beach so easy. The house was also close to many shops and our girls loved that.
We had a wonderful vcation. The house was roomy and everyone had their own space. here were plenty of dishes and the washer and dryer were a life saver! The location was great, only a couple of blocks to the beach, and within walking distance to several stores and restaurants.
Our whole family enjoyed our stay here. It is layed out very well for families to be together and also have some privacy. The only negative was the little ants! And I wish there had been a grill---then we wouldn't have had to eat out as much. Overall, though, it was great! We would go back in a heartbeat!

The house we stayed at was awsome! it was a very beautiful house, my family loved it. We would rent that house if we have a chance, next time! the only thing that was off, from the house was the air conditioning, it was really hot. and the air didn't seem to circulate, but, that was the only small detail that i would change.
This house is very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean. The rec room wasn't what we expected, but then we didn't use it except as sleeping quarters. Would recommend it for large groups.

This was a great vacation for me overall. The house was in a great location which was walking distance to the beach and stores. I had a great stay and the house was very nice, just a peaceful and relaxing environment overall.
The house was very accommadating and a great location. Our only issue was the ant problem in the house. But according to the guest book it has been a problem for a long time. Other than that it was lovely!!
The property was very nice, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds were made and clean. My only complaint is that the ad stated that there were DVDs and a game console system available to use, but there was nothing like that in the house. Also, the beach equipment was locked away. Fortunately, I was able to call the main office and get the combination before they closed for the holiday. Overall, I would highly recommend this place as good for two or more families.
The house was with in walking distance of the beach. Overall everyone had a good time. House was big enough that 17 people fit just right. The a/c was lacking though, and there where ants in the kitchen when we checked in. Overall location and price was good.
I enjoyed the space that this house offered. I also enjoyed how close it was to the beach and how quickly you could walk down the street to the beach access. The ants became a real problem though. By the last day, you couldn't leave any food on the kitchen counters because it would be swarmed with ants, even if the package was closed. We also had a problem with ants in the upstairs bedroom. They got into our purses and suitcases. Also. the sheets they put on the beds were very, very thin and had stains all over them.
The stay would've been better if I would've had the opportunity to enjoy my time there. We had unfortuate timing with Hurricane Dolly. Also there was a problem with cable and the DVD player did not function properly. Other than those small problems the house was great and I would rent it again!
