    Wow, at first my father in law and I were a little skeptical about staying somewhere other than the beach side. When we arrived we couldn't believe how relaxing it is to stay on the bay side. Excellent location with your own fishing pier and pool dock. Everyone else staying at this location was VERY friendly. I loved the fact that there wasn't someone walking the area hounding me for being out on the docs drinking until 5am :) Me and friends had to move from their Suntide II location to hang out at our place because of the security service there at Suntide that wants NO noice after 10:30pm. Ridiculous. Regardless this place is a must. We will be staying here from now on. LOVED IT!

    Very nice condos, well-furnished, nice pool, great view and location. My only negatives had to do with the boat slips and dock. Almost impossible to get a normal sized bay boat into a slip, they are too short for anything but small aluminum boats, and
    the clears are horribly placed. TO unload your boat all gear has to be walked all the way around and through the swimming pool area to get to the fish cleaning station and condos. Everytnig else was great!
