As always, the condo is well maintained and stocked by the owners. The location is great, walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and shops. I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a quiet, clean, & convenient place to stay.
This is our fourth trip to South Padre, with family and friends, and have always stayed at the Mediterranean Duplex B in South Padre. The property has a great location, very well maintained, and a great feel to it. It's cozy and relaxing, we love it!
Fantastic would do it again. The staff was very helpful. The unit was by far better than any Hotel. If anyone is staying longer than a day they should be in a rental. Very quiet lots of space, beds were great. Would like to see a larger flat screen TV.
GREAT LOCATION GREAT PLACE TO STAY WILL BE BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN. CLOSE TO THE BEACH NEXT TO A GROCERY STORE SUPPLIED BOOGIE BOARD FISHING POOLS CHAIRS EVERTHING THAT I NEEDED JUST THE BEST PLACE EVER.
This is a beautiful property with a great location. There is a well equipped kitchen, large shower and closets and plenty of space to be really comfortable. We enjoyed grilling out, watching the fireworks on the balcony and walking to the beach. The washer and dryer add convenience as does the super market just a block away. Great home for a wonderful vacation!

The property was a home away from home, complete with everything needed. The condo was stunning and well stocked. We were extremely comfortable and had easy access to the beach;beach chairs and boggie boards were also provided!! Loved it!!

The property was beautiful and very close to the beach. We used the bbq pit and patio area. The balconies in the front and back yard were wonderful to sit out and relax and watch the fireworks display friday night.
The condo was one of the nicest we've stayed at. It didn't only look clean but it smelled clean. The owner's put a lot of thought into the design, and comfort of their rental guests. We will definitely stay there again. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay...
This is an awesome condo!!! We really enjoy staying there. This is the most relaxing vacation we ever take.
We rented both units in the duplex for a family reunion. Close to the grocery store. Chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. for the beach all provided. Grill and patio in the back. Kitchens well-stocked with utensils. All of these things were a big plus.
Dryer knob was detached from dryer start stem. called mgmt company & owner to report. I simply used the cycle knob to start dryer. No problem. -K
South Padre is my family's favorite place to relax and enjoy some together time. The Mediterranean Duplex B is in a great location, very clean, spacious and has a great feel to it. It reminded us of home. My two daughters,husband and I were very satisfied and can't wait to go back.

The place was well maintained, inside and out. I would definitely rent it again. The downstairs Queen Bed needs a new mattress. It was clean but sagged a little.
Pots pans and dishes had not been completely cleaned by previous renter.
Before Alex, these duplexes were most satisfactory. In the darkness brought on by Alex, packing our kitchen belongings we left behind our salad spinner in duplex B (left? apartment.)
kitchen is great....very well stocked lots of space for everyone!! outside shower is great washer dryer downstairs is convenient a few little hiccups - can be fixed easily
We enjoyed our three month stay in this condo as Winter Texans. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. Short walk to the beach.
