Very nice time again.Everybody very helpful at condo and rental place. Suggesed to them to clean rug in living room.
This is the 3rd year we have spent our Winter in this Condo. It's right on the Gulf, with a most beautiful view. Condo's decor is so nice and updated. Thanks to the owners for their work with this property.

Things to make our next stay better: door key hard to lock/unlock; low water pressure; shower a little tricky to get the hot water on.
We have stayed her before & will always choose this Condo if it is available on each of our visits.

My bff from High School and myself made this trip. We have rented from this company befor so we kinda knew what to expect. We had a condo right on the beach. Everything was great from check in to check out!!! We had an awesome time!!
This property was perfect for our family, since we have small children the distance to the beach was perfect. You are only 20 feet from the beach!!!!!!! I will rent this location always.....
We loved this unit and would only change a few things. The water ran very slow in the kitchen & shower. Not strong at all. Heater/Air Conditioning unit sounded very loud and squeeky when it ran. The ceramic sill going out of the unit onto the balcony was broken and every once in a while we would catch our toe on it and it would fly up as well as us. All in all it is a very nice unit with nice decor and very comfortable beds.
The condo was clean and decorated very tastefully. Front room furniture was the right size and the beds were comfortable. The only down side was the sliding glass doors would not lock and the water pressure was non existence, barely a dribble in the kitchen sink and bathroom shower.
It was a beautiful location, a beautiful room,and clean. When we needed maintenance, it was addressed immediately. But,I was expecting a few amenities, such as toilet paper, dish soap,and towels daily
Condo is in immaculate condition - couldn't ask for much more. The rest of the building is not nearly as nice. Odd arrangement makes return from the beach arduous. We won't be back.
The apartment was a great location, and the complex was fine, but the apartment itself had too much large furniture and the ceilings were low. Overall a good experience
POSITIVES: Nice property. Well appointed. Well located beachside. Nice pool. Building staff helpful. NEGATIVES: Almost zero water pressure. Shower fixture was broken when we arrived - agent said at sign-in that plumber was on the way but he never arrived. Had COCKROACH problems all week. Pest control guy came on 3rd day and the little he did just made them mad. Finally we had to go buy our own roach kill to hope for any control. Elevator was unreliable - not working for several days causing problems for a disabled woman staying on the 2nd floor. SUMMARY: If owner would make the few repairs and kill off all the roaches, we'd consider this unit for next season.
