  The only thing that would have made the stay better was if there was a vacuum available for use. The dehumidifier was awesome and made our stay really comfortable. Don't ever lose that. I would recommend this property to others and in fact, already have.

  We had previously stayed at this same condo (110) a few years ago and enjoyed our stay then. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully decorated condo during our most recent stay. While we were there the TV display closed down to a narrow line in the middle of the screen while watching a favorite program in the evening. I immediately called the office and the TV was fixed promptly the next day! We had a wonderful time.

  The property was an older property, but if you're going to enjoy a weekend at the island on a budget while still getting the comforts of home, Gulfview I is acceptable. During the stay some boneheads ran through the fence around the pool and caused the pool to be out of commission during our stay, but it looked like a beautiful pool.

  Please be more specific in the late arrival instructions in the confirmation e-mail. I tried to communicate my late arrival during sunday and nobody answer me to give me instructions. I haved luck to saw inside your mail box and found my keys and more instructions but I was afraid.

  We had a great time while we were there. We had 3 teen age girls with us and they had a fabulous experience!

  The only problem we had was hurricane Dolly. Our 5 night stay turned into only 3 nights, because we chose to leave before she hit and I'm very glad we did. We did not get compensated because they didn't evacuate the island, but I knew this would happen. It is stated in the contract. It just wasn't a risk that I wanted to take having my girls and someone elses. I would love to come back and stay at Gulfview. Next time we may come earlier in the season!! I certainly recommend this room to others. It is a short walk to the beach, but we enjoyed it very much. Just wish mother nature hadn't cut our trip short!
