Me and my family had been choosing Aquarius since 5 years ago, cause is one of the best condos for its location, safety and confort...just I would like the posibility to accept little pets! to enjoy with my whole family!!
Our family stayed at this condo for Labor Day Weekend 2010. I have stayed at the Aquarius building before, but this was my first time at #307; I have to say this apartment has been my favorite. It is not flashy or fancy, but it does feel like home. You can tell the owners/managers have taken great steps to maintain it in great condition from the beds to the flat screen tv to the kitchen gadgets, everything works as it should. The master bed is the most comfortable I've slept away from home, and the twin beds are in great shape, as well. I also liked the extra 1/2 bath, which comes in handy when you have 6 people staying. I only wished that it were located a few stories higher, to see less rooftops and more sea in our view, but the view it has is pretty anyway. The building grounds are beautifully landscaped, and they have several BBQ areas, which is a plus. Another nice thing is that the neighboring buildings are not big, so your beach area isn't really crowded. We were so pleased with this condo, we will make sure to request Aquarius 307 next time we visit SPI.
Everything about the condo was great. The only complaint I have was the limited availability of the laundry service.

Our condos #305 and #307 were both clean and well kept. The view was awsome. Loved being close to the beach, pool, and convience stores! We certainly will stay again!
Kudos to everyone involved. We had a great overall stay, the only thing you could have done was given us perfect weather. The condo we rented was in great shape, clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was very helpful via the phone and in person. I will be staying there again hopefully in a few months. Had a wonderful time.
I'm amazed that 6 weeks after a hurricane the property was in great shape. Everything from the ocean view to the price we paid was perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer...but see you next year.
The condo is a good value and the building is in good condition -- the outside pool and picnic area appear to have been redone recently and are meticulously maintained. The unit itself was as advertised, but pretty basic as condos go (good fridge, no icemaker, no reserve paper towels or TP, etc.). That said, everything was as it was supposed to be, the front balcony does face out to the beach, which is just steps away. The location on the south side of town puts it very convenient to most tourist attractions as well as the grocery store and a CVS that's a short walk away. We'd definitely consider returning next time we visit the island.
